This spectacular French/English Country home is designed for a corner lot on a golf course showcasing 3 of the 4 sides. The shape of the house and placement of the decks and windows maximize the amazing golf course and city views and the interior layout is such that the rooms with these views are where the majority of time is spent.

This 1 ½ storey design features a detached garage with a suite above; a covered courtyard connecting it to the house and providing privacy for outdoor living; a main floor complete with walk around porch; and a loft that overlooks the main floor, the city view, and is home to a library, bedroom, bathroom, and even a private covered deck.

This unique English Country design met the specific needs of the clients on a very irregularly shaped lot while adhering to strict development guidelines.
